Description :

SK477677 Palterton Flint.  Scatter of flint of Neolithic-Bronze Age date (? some Mesolithic) collected by L.B.Cooper in 1977-78.  Scattered along footpath, because he didn't go into the field.  Includes two worked pieces and two possible scrapers.(1)  Quantity of other flint including cores, blades and flakes collected by L.B.Cooper 10 April 1978.(2)  Associated with SMR site 12317.
