The purpose of this page is to provide some information that has been forthcoming during my years of research. 

This page is still being constructed as at April 2008.

This image shows the Sale catalogue of the Buildings Farm, Church Lane, Heath. This Sale Catalogue dated 17 February 1966 is self explanatory.
The sale was brought about because of the new M1 motorway
being driven through the farm land.

   This image shows:  William Nuttall,husband of Ann Nuttall, see image above.  I know very little about William Nuttall,
   not having researched him.  I am reliably informed that he was the Schoolmaster at Heath Village school in 1841.
   He was at this school for about 12 years.  He left Heath in 1848 and moved to Monyash, Derbyshire and in 1854 he left England
   and moved to Ashtubula City, USA.  This image was sent to me by Kathleen Hawkins.  Maybe more info. to follow.
